*Slice red, yellow and green apples for tasting.  Using colored apple cut-outs, graph the children's preferences.
*Cut apples in half to find the star in the center.  Dip the cut apples into green, yellow and red paint and use as stamps.
*Slice apples thinly.  Allow to air dry for several days.  Have the children glue popsicle sticks together to form a frame.  Draw self portraits to fit the frames.  Glue dried apple slices on the frames and write "The apple of your eye" with a Sharpie.  Present to parents.
*Make and taste apple sauce as a class.
